At InnovaWood, we believe that a dedicated and collaborative team is the foundation of a strong and valuable network for InnovaWood members around Europe. Working digitally across Europe, our yearly team meetings offer a rare opportunity to come together in person, reconnect, and strengthen the way we collaborate.
In September 2025, the InnovaWood team reunited in Lacanau, France. This gathering allowed us to share expertise, exchange ideas, and align on our strategic priorities for the months ahead. As our team has doubled in size over the past two years, these moments are essential to connect, understand our strengths, talents and skills, to share within the team and our network.
Alongside strategic discussions and skill-sharing sessions, we also dedicated time to team-building activities, including group yoga on the beach and forest bathing, a mindful practice that helps us recharge and reconnect with nature.
