It highlights the contributions of women ambassadors over time, showcasing their pioneering work and dedication to the field. Vanesa said:
I’m truly honored to be recognized as one of the Ambassadors in Wood Science and Technology. I hope my research in timber engineering inspires young women to explore this field. We have a responsibility to contribute to a more sustainable build envrionment and the use of wood in construction provides us with a unique opportunity to do so.
